C. He stated he did not want to do this without giving me an opportunity to explain the actions of the FBI in this matter. For the information of the Bureau, the search warrant in question was described in re communication and it was . necessary to make forcible entry into the apartment as no . one would answer the door. It was later determined that ANNE FLITCRAFT was in another apartment in the building and she subsequently returned to her apartment while the search was in progress.
