On November 4, 1974, the Dayton Daily News
reported that UFPW pickets arrested November 2, 1974
had entered pleas of not guilty and trial had been
set for 9:30 a.m. in Municipal Court.

Fazio's conspired with the Montgomery County Sheriff's

of UFW pickets by illegally taking away their right
to free speech.
