a representative of Uesa EVPZ, Director of the United
Farm Workers, AFL-CIO and a leader in the grape strike of
agricultural workers at Delano, California, stated that
the farm workers intended to picket U. S. Attorney General
Ramsey Clark during his appearance before the National OSV
Conference of Social Workers (NCSU). Q@ stated that
he estimated that from thirty to fifty kets would appear
to picket the U. S. Attorney General on May 29, 1968 at the
Civic Auditorium, San Francisco, California.
BRED incicates thet the reason for the picketing one
was that the U. S. Attorney General ruled against farm .
workers in a recent decision involving immiprant labor.
