In March, 3946, -29-recelved e@ pamphlet from the Phila- delphia Chapter of the ACSF announcing a dinncr to be held by that organization on March 21, 1946 at the Bellevue-Stratford Hotel, Philadeiptia, Pa. According to T-29, this pamphlet listed the National and local officers of the ACSF, as leas a list of the sponsors ef the dinner, The name of H, JUSTICH WILLIAMS eppoarcd under tue caption "Sponsors of the Dinner in Philadelphia."
