It was reported that most of the youths involved in the strike were in the Dubois Clubs (see appendix) and that there Were many weaknesses in connection with these young | : people. It was pointed out that the youths have a “0 tendency to become romantically involved in the struggle and . the arrest of CESAR CHAVEZ, Director of the NFWA, resulted - from youths of the Dubois Clubs who had convinced CHAVEZ *; to go into the county area and once CHAVEZ was in the - county, he was served with a subpoena for the illegal use of a bull horn.
