(Bow was telephoned by this Division and he said he was an eyewitness to property of the farm workers being damaged. He also said that he had the names of eyewitnesses to beatings of the farm workers. Please conduct the following limited investigation: (se a) Interview QS +: SEER cor details of what they saw. Obtain from them names of other eyewit- nesses to violence against the farm workers and interview them for details. b) Interview all victims of violence that might, be named for their version of what i quppened to them.
