= FBI Bakersfield, and said he would appear for interview
as soon as he receives approval from his attorney, HAL
~ CHAPMAN. Contact with Santa Clara County California
‘ District Attorney's Office, revealed subject borrowed
money from several people in San Jose area telling lenders
~~ he was raising money to pay farm workers in order to back
up union, Criminal charges maybe filed against subject
by that office, It was also learned that CHAPMAN
supposedly not retained as subject's attorney.
