SCHWARTZ repeated that he represented an indi-
vidual who wes to be indicted for fraud on March 29, 1974,
and needed $25,000 to get out of trouble. SCHWARTZ said
he was asking $35,000 from UFW for all of the documents
and information available to him. He said the extra $10,000
would be split between unidentified persons.
COHEN said he told SCHWARTZ that he had no
intention of buying stolen UFW property. He left SCHWARTZ
with the impression that UFW would not pay him any money
