He occasionally sees him in the basement corridors and is described as an older male, approximately five feet, seven inches tal i tt a half inch ull beard growth. He also rentionea,[~ | a resident of ho walks the parking lot during the day for exercise. said he is in his early 60's, mentally slow, and walks slowly and slightly hunched over. advised, he would contact the Reporting Agent if he saw anyone matching IVINS' description walking through the apartment complex.
