AFFIDAVIT CoOwITY OF HIDALGO £0: Bus : was arrested by Reeves County, Texas} Chief Deputy Gery aneret, on Jusy 23, 1975, Ingran did physically abuse me by pushing and shoving me into the Sheriff's Office at the Reeves County Courthousc. - At no tine during the arrest did Ingram or any other officer advise me that as on arrested person I had certain rights nor did they advise we ps to what those rights were. During ny incarceration, I shared a cell with three female juveniles: Varia cel Carnea Gaytan, Mavic Olague, and Seatriz Olague., In addition, I saw five male juveniles, who 1 believe to be Jose Manual Gaytan, Juan Lujen, Jesus Manual Escontrias, Jose Sotelo and Francisco Gonzalez, led in znd out of a cell across the hall from the cell I was in.
