MELLOSA was known among individuals of the Mexican-American community. Ba amiliar with any individual by the name of TIRSO P. MELLOSA. 7 further advised that he was not cognizant of any individual in the area who might have considered suspect in connection _.-with the threatening letter addressed to Mr. CESAR CHAVEZ. — volunteered to make inquiry among his contacts in the area in an effort to assist in identifying TIRSO P. MELLOSA. On Sept. 20, 1968, advised that he had been unable to find any individual in the area who hac any knowledge which would assist in identifying MELLOSA.
