On December 10, 1970, Ey advised that about 4naividuals e eraton-Gibson Hotel on Saturday morning, November 28, 1970 with Cesar Chavez and they proceeded to march in an orderly fashion on the sidewalk to the Kroger Company building downtown. He stated this group stayed on the sidewalk, walked ina peaceful manner and obeyed all traffic signals while en route to the Kroger Building.
