Dear Sir: ATTENTION: TECHNICAL LABORATORY
The enclosed anonymous letter was received by the
Texas State Legislature in regard to its passing a solution
on September 18, 1941 concerning Colonel CHARLIS A.| LINDBERGH.
The letter was presented to the United States Attorney at
San Antonio who declined prosecution on it.
The letter is being submitted to the Laboratory for
enclosure in the Anonymous Letter File.
