[--] dia not know how someone would go about doing that and would not know what type of equipment would be needed to aerosolize Ba other than it would involve more than just a freeze dryer. did not use_a lyophilizer while at USAMRIID but on a rare occasion or two, [__]saw the lyophilizer being used for protein studies. USAMRIID, [—]did on occasion use an autoclave or place materials in an_autoclave for someone else to autoclave at the end of the day.[ ]recalled that there were two "Pasteur" autoclaves located in the hot suites and that it would_take approximately one hour to complete an autoclave cycle.[7 Jadvised that when working with cultures also would add bleach to the cultures prior to having the cultures autoclaved.
