inate against and persecute German Americans by

charge that the real ‘fifth colum!' in our midst is
not any German American organization but is composed —
of Tories and internationalists who, with unlimited
means at their command, urge 'the reclamation of the
United States as an integral part of the British mn- .

conception of decency and fair play. The plan convicts
itself of insincerety and dishonesty by failing to in-
clude British propaganda, avowedly financed by $150,000,000
appropriated by the British Parliament,
