INTESNAL SECURITY ~ G Mies Ganay SEDITION You will recall that villiam Dudley Pelley and several of his associates are presently standing trial at Indianapolis, Indiana, for violation of the Sedition statutes. The Governnent has completed its case and Felley appeared iw his own defense yesterday. As of further interest, Charles Lindbergh was callea as a defense witness this morning and was on the stand for approximately ten minutes when he was excused, as a result of the court sustaining the Government attorney's objection to the questions asked, No other defense witnesses were available.
