DETAILS: - In view of the fact that the original photographs of sub— ject's files were taken at the time of his arrest and there was sone doubt, therefcre, as to their admissibility in ewidence, the originals of these files were secured from subject with his written consent, * - the original of wisich consent is being retained in the files of this office. In order that a complete record of these files sicht be made in their’ chronological order and with an indicction as to the articles contained in certain files, these entire files were 9! tographed and the exposed films have been subsitted to the Bureau for cevelopment, These photozraphs will be maintained in the files of txis office and will be available in the event it is necessary to return the origin~ als to subject.
