Male identified as BRUCE IVINS found on the er on the BRUCE was in his bed 6a on him again and found him in the bathroom unconscious, not talking, she called 911. BRUCE IVINS observed leaving residence on stretcher. BRUCE IVINS arrives at Frederick Memorial Hospital Emergency Services Department via ambulance.
