For your information, the subject was apprehended by Associate Warden ROBERT I. MOSELEY of the Federal Correctional Institution, Terminal Island, on April 10, 1957, shortly ; after hé was discovered missing at the United States Coast ke Guard, Terminal Island, where he was assigned as an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution, Terminal Island. He was apprehended by MOSELEY in a 1949 Chevrolet convertible pearing California license KZB 099 which was parked in the parking lot just north of the north fence of the United States Coast Guard premises at Terminal Island.
