mail are the following items:

United States Coast Guard at Terminal Island,
California, at the point of cutting;
(5) Seven pieces of
‘Ehe north fence of the United States Coast
Guard at Terminal Island.
For your information, the subject was apprehended
by Associate Warden ROBERT I. MOSELEY of the Federal Correctional
Institution, Terminal Island, on April 10, 1957, shortly ;
after hé was discovered missing at the United States Coast ke
Guard, Terminal Island, where he was assigned as an inmate
at the Federal Correctional Institution, Terminal Island.
He was apprehended by MOSELEY in a 1949 Chevrolet convertible
pearing California license KZB 099 which was parked in the
parking lot just north of the north fence of the United States
Coast Guard premises at Terminal Island.
The above mentioned pliers and wire cutters were
found in this vehicle as well as the above mentioned copper
wire which was attached to the key switch of this vehicle.
