White Boston District, Supervisor Bureau of Narcotics Work performed essentially in New York City OBJECTIVE AND DETAILS OF WORK: This was called "Operation Black" The Bureau of Narcotics provided the Agency with the services of an employee for three months. CIA transferred S4.000 to the Bureau of Narcotics for this purpose. Harry Anslinger, Com- missioner of Narcotics was the focal point. The employee was George H. White, a District Supervisor.
