I enclose a copy of the note of the meeting together with a telegram which I suggest should be sent off to Lagos as soon as possible, subject to any amendments or additions the Department may wish to make to it. Since Brigadier Garba him- self will no doubt be sending an account of his meeting with the Prime Minister., to General Obasanjo, I think that Sir Sam Falle will need to have an account of this meeting as soon as possible.
