WEEK carries also on page one an article captioned ‘PRIEST es
REFLECTS ON MEETING A MOTHER SEEKING HER CHILDREN" written
by Reverend EDWARD L, FOSTER, Director of the North Alabama __
Missions of the Catholic Church. The article reflects that.
Reverend FOSTER visited the bombed church and entered the ~:~
pasement of the church and thus may have Bome pertinent in-
formation to this investigation, .
Father JAMES advised that he ‘did not actually enter
the church but stayed around in front of the church during
the time he was in the vicinity. He advised that Reverend
FOSTER apparently arrived at the church after he, Father .
JAMES, left. Father FOSTER resides at 3160 Highland Drive,
South, Birmingham, Alabama.
Birmingham should, if not * already done, obtain a
copy of Father FOSTER's article and interview him concern-
ing any knowledge he may have concerning instant matter.
The interview with Reverend JAMES will be reported a
