Polygraph examinations were all given by Consent forms were signed in each instance before the interviews and for two interviews involving juveniles parental contents were also obtained. The consent forms, charts, and questions are being retained in the Birmingham file. The charts of the following persons indicated truthful answers and that they had no knowledge of the persons who committed the bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church on September 15, 1963, or other recent bomb- ings in the Birmingham area, except as noted: ~
