Moore of the Little Rock Office. They, as well as SAC Roy K. — Moore, Little Rock, advised they would leave immediately to arrive Birmingham 9/15, un : The SACs or ASACs in Atlanta, Savannah, Jacksonville and Charlotte were instructed that the agents and stenographers shold depart as soon as possible to arrive 9/15/63. They were further advised that the agents should be well experienced, not subject to any administrative action, should not be former police officers, natives of Alabama, nor related to state or police officials in Alabama. They were advised th agents should take their sidearms. Each office was requested to advise the Bureau am Birmingham by teletype as soon as the identity of the reporting agents and stenographe were known, setting out the departure and arrival times.
