ENDLER said ZWILLMAN gave him two checks totaling $87,500 on the Union National Bank of Newark, New Jersey, for a one-half interest. ENDLER said ZWILLMAN gave a check for “T $26,000, his share of a $90,000 deposit. ENDLER said ZWILLMAN later gave him a check for $112,000 for his iraterest in this purchase, which check was made out to a man named HOROWITZ, who acted as a trustee for ZWILLMAN, 10) ENDLER stated that in 1942 or 1943, ZWILLMAN had a tip on Mc Kesson and Robbins Company stock and bought hal? 1,000 shares of it. ENDLER said ZWILIMAN sold of this stook to him for approximately $10,000. CONNECTION WITH LESLIE M. WEBER On October 5, 1954, ABNER "LONGIE" ZWILMAN, 50 Beverly Road, West Orange, New Jersey, testified before what is referred to as the Larner Probe. LARNER waa an attorney appointed by the Court to investigate alleged irregularities in the operation of the City Government of Jersey City, N.J.
