During Mir. Oseas' visit he informed the writer that he desired Acents Little and Miller to interview approximately twexty persons, all located in the city of Ci.icago, and engaged in various phases of the juice grape business, and such other persons havins useful information, which interviens with the foregoing may disclose. It was kr. Oseeas’ idea to obtain, if possibie, signed statements fran all persons interviewed, and he was informed that the Cuicazo Bureau O°fice would make every effort to comply with this request. As a resuit of the conference had by Mr. Oseas with Mr. Charles Irrgang, Mr. Osees decided that Agent DiLillo could be used to advantage in conducting an underecover investigetion. The present plan ia to have Agent Dilillo purchase a carlocd of grapes and gell then at the juice grape terminal of the Chicago & North Western Kailwaye It ia expected that shortly after Agent DiLillo \ becomes engaged in the above business he will be approached and either requested to discontinue or contribute a certain amount of money for the privilege of conducting bis juice grape business at the Korth Western Reilway terminal.
