Rosen “ONG - 22 ee Winterrowd and immediately thereafter telephonically contacted Mr. Olney and acvised him that with reference to the Anastasto situation, very clearly the word "undermine" in the clause "it ‘undermine’ the Judge," was the comment of the USA, being one of the reasons why the USA declined to discuss the requested I would appecr the United States Attorney was enceavoring to -3-
