IP 145-107 It appeared obvious talking to these men that they have a very limited knowledge in the field of obscene matter and it likewise appears that the alleged material which they have in their possession has been greatly exaggerated. Dr. GHBHARD displayed the eight decks of cards in their possession which are very similar to the decks of cards previously submitted by the Indianapolis Office although they were apparently not identical. Dr. GEBHARD stated that he wished to cooperate with the Bureaus however, he pointed out that their receipt of any such material is dependent upon their not revealing the sources of this material, and for this latter reason he did not desire to disclose the source of their material. These men were requested to furnish the title of the film in their possession and Dr. GEBHARD stated that he would discuss this matter with the directors of this institute. He stated he personally saw no reason why this could not be furnished to the Indianamlis Office. Recontacts will be made with the institute in — an attempt to obtain this list of film titles and if it is obtained, this list will be furnished to the Bureau. in view of the information obtained in the interviews with GEBHARD and POMROY, no further investigation is being conducted concerning this institute. This case is being closed in the Indianapolis Office.
