Dr. Pomeroy advised that he was leaving the city on November 21, 1959, and he expected to return to his headquarters in Bloomington, Indiana, within a few ys. He stated that any correspondence in this matter could be directed to him and supplied a card, being forwarded to the Department, which includes information concerning his address. Dr. Pomeroy did not exhibit the aggressive characteristics previously exhbited by his attorney” ‘ Dr. Pomeroy was advised that this information would be passed along to the Department of Justice as was previous information relating to this matter, RECOMMENDATION: That the enclosed letter be sent to the Department forwarding information supplied by Dr. Pomeroy. Of course, this Institute or Dr. Pomeroy is not going “ to get the material in question. As Pomeroy's legal representative previously was told that this matter had been referred to the Department for a decision, Pomeroy was told the same thing.
