That coalition seems certain, although as this is being writ- ten (November Zend), Sir Rey Weleushy, Prime Minister of the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland, dis still whistling in the dark about believing such a cealition is not soing to ceme about, Sir Roy, according to the Rhodesian Herald, EAyS "Ee it docs happen it will bi extremely difficult for the Federal Government."
