They maintain IP address information for 18 months. Administrative: BRUCE EDWARDS IVINS uses America Online (AOL) as his internet service provider (ISP). The three numbers IVINS dialed to connect with AOL were and~—~—~—“*‘C™SC.W. «©AOL leased and from Genuity Corporation. Subsequent to 2001, Genuity was purchased by L3C. Writer contacted L3C to determine if a range of IP addresses used by the two numbers leased from Genuity could be obtained. If an address could have been obtained, it was to be compared to a list of IP addresses that accessed the AMERITHAX victims websites. This list is maintained by the New York Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
