In the email, IVINS discusses his mental history, stating that his psychiatrist and counselor believe that he has Paranoid Personality Disorder, which is often seen_in blood relatives of schizophrenics. In the email, IVINS asks to "check out" http: //www.ccspublishing.com/journals2/paranoid.htm. A review of the abovementioned website revealed that (Y) the website is administered by the Library of The National Medical Society. The abovementioned website includes links to medical journals including the Journal of Psychiatry. A printout of the abovementioned website is attached to and made part of this document. A copy of the referenced email is also attached to and made part of this document.
