Williams, 1817 Penelope Road, N.W., Atlanta, Georgia, was conducted. The following is a chronological log of events taken place during that surveillance: 4:00 pm —- surveillance began 4:30 pm - red vehicle bearing Georgia license BFZ 922 observed in driveway of subject's residence. Registered to Gregg Hall, c/o Pettigrew, 1386 Cluster Avenue, D-12, Atlanta, Georgia, red Fiat 5:30 pm - light brown Toyota Liftback with white female and black male calied at residence and turned away at residence 6:57 pm - subject's father arrived eget residence with Chevrolet station wagon (subject vehicle) 8:20 pm - surveillance instituted at 56 Marietta Street, Atlanta, Georgia. Contact with Atlanta Police Department (PD) unit determined subject in unknown attorney's office on 14th floor. Subject in attorney's office since approximately 5:00 pm. Subject believed to be in Camaro, light blue/dark blue, bearing Georgia license GDC 904 (license not on file) 8:45 pm -— subject leaves 56 Marietta Street with unknown person in white/green Lincoln Towncar, bearing Georgia license REN 331. Subject sitting on passenger side 9:07 pm - subject arrives at residence 9:12 pm - driver of green Lincoln leaves residence 9:56 pm - subject vehicle driven by father arrives residence. Father crossed street and talked briefly with news media 9:59 pm - red Fiat arrives residence. Occupant not observed.
