The following is a chronological log of events taken place during that surveillance: 4:00 pm - start 4:22 pm - Wayne Williams leaves home in maroon Dodge Omni, Georgia license AA 2095 4:27 pm - Williams stops and enters 117 Dahlia Street 4:29 pm - Williams leaves 117 Dahlia Street 4:33 pm -— Williams stops on side of road and inquires of surveillance team if following CBS news team would be allowed to violate traffic laws such as running a red light 4:36 pm — CBS news team caught at a red light 4:44 pm - Williams stops and enters unknown apartment of Skipper Road (Dogwood Apartments) 5:35 pm - leaves above apartments cn "A = in “J | q ~ 6. pm —- Police move marked squad car and van in front of residence 6:28 pm — blue Pontiac T-1000, Georgia Fulton County tag XJJ 720 with black male, black female and father of Wayne Williams enter driveway of residence.
