Williams observed in back yard of residence at 1817 Penelope Dr. moving a vehicle 5:55 pm - Mr. Williams exits residence and photographs license tags on Bureau and police vehicles 5:57 pm - Mary Welcome arrives at residence in a red Buick Regal, Ga. license HTB 896 and enters the residence 6:09 pm - Mary Welcome exits residence and departs in above described Buick Regal 6:19 pm - unknown white male and unknown black male arrive in a light blue over blue Chevrolet Camero, Ga. license GDC 904 and enter residence 6:25 pm - the two individuals described above exit residence and depart in the Camero 6:26 pm - Wayne B. Williams exits residence and departs in a brown Datsun, Ga. license 02218 6:32 pm -— Williams arrives at 117 Dahlia Avenue, N.W., Atlanta, Georgia and remains in vehicle 6:33 pm - unknown biack female exite the residence and speaks to Williams at his vehicle.
