Williams, 1817 Penelope Road, N.W., Atlanta, Georgia, was conducted. The following is a chronological log of events taken place during that surveillance: 3:55 pm - surveillance initiated in the area of 55 Marietta, Atlanta, Georgia 3:56 pm - Wayne B. Williams and father, Homer Williams, exit the indoor parking area of 55 Marietta in a green Dodge Polara, Georgia license LFL 457 4:06 pm - Williams and father arrive at their residence, 1817 Penelope Road, N.¥. 4:08 pm —- Wayne B. Williams exits residence with a rust colored folder and drives around block in the Dodge Polara 4:11 pm - Williams returned to residence and met father outside of home. Both enter residence 4:15 pm —- Homer Williams leaves area in Dodge Polara 5:23 pm -— Homer Williams returns home 6:20 pm Wayne Williams enters Dedge and drives away 6:45 pm - Williams arrives in the area of Airport Executive Park, Roosevelt Highway, College Park, Georgia, and drives to rear parking lot area then departs 6:47 pm -— Williams makes phone call from booth on Roosevelt Highway * 7:07 pm - Wayne Williams arrives at 117 Dahlia Avenue, N.W., and enters that residence 7:09 pm - Williams out of 117 Dahlia with a black female, age 20, thin build 7:14 pm - Williams and female arrive at 1817 Penelope Road, N.
