At this tine, MiB: displayed a photographic spread which include e ack and white photograph of Wayne Bertram Williams, date of birth May 27, 1958. After observing this spread, stat t he was not familiar with anyone depicted erein, aiail.:: then displayed a xeroxed copy of a flyer with the annotation "Can You ? ? Sing or Play an Instrument." flyer before. was then asked if he was familiar with any basketball player_in the men's adult league utilizing the nickname “Red." stated that based upon his knowledge and his fam arity with the players, he was familiar with any individual utilizing this nickname. we pointed out to the interviewing Agent that he was familiar ~ with a basketball player utilizing the name "Red," but this individual was not associated with the Ben Hill Recreation Center nor did this individual ever play at the Ben Hill Recreation Center. pointed out to the interviewing Agent that at no time are street shoes or street clothing pi in the gymnasium section of the recreation center. stated that no individual, even those who would occasionally stop in for practice or "just to shoot baskets" were permitted to be in the area with street clothing or street shoes.
