A tentative trial date has been set for captioned matter of October 5, 1981, in Pulton County Superior Court, Atlanta, Georgia. Assistant Fulton County District Attorney Gordon Miller has advised that he will attempt to introduce a sketch of the floor plan and surrounding property of subject's residence in order to demonstrate the possibility that subject is could have moved from the exterior of the residence through a rear entrance directly to his bedroom without drawing the attention of his parents. In that regard, he requested that the FBI prepare such a floor plan sketch, utilizing enclosed sketch made on June 3, 1981 as a result of the (, L execution of a local search warrant. q | ¥ 2 Cj- The exact measurements as to the size of the rooms is not relevant and Miller does not anticipate it will become a matter subject to testimony in court.
