KIDNAPING 4 oO: AT During the upcoming trial for subject Williams, the Fulton County prosecutor's office intends to use an aerial photographic layout of the Chattahoochee River as it runs south from the James Jackson Parkway Bridge below the section in Fulton County where it crosses under Bankhea Highway. The photographic layout will be a total of 12 eZ feet in length and approximately three feet in width. will also be black and white. For courtroom purposes and for instructions of the jury, the Fulton County District Attorney's Office intends to have a witness from the Fulton County Police Department identify the various landmarks which will appear in the aerial photograph. He will then be asked to place identifying labels on the photograph for jury edification purposes.
