Al) parties aqree to thc follqwing »tipolations: {1} Organizatiorally, the Task Force shall remin uxer the aunitrel and cunmand of the Atlanta Departrent of Fublic Safety, subject to all rules, requlations, procedures, end directives that qoverm that department. (2) The Comenier of the Tesk Force shall be appointed by and report to the Atlanta Cramisssioner of Poblic Safety. (3} All personncl essigned to the Task Force shall be under the sumervision of the Conmander of the Task Force. (4) The Commmmder of the Task Forte shall have the reeponeibility of oporlinsting 311 aspects of the investigation of cascg assigned to the Tack Force, Yegardless of the law enforcement jurisdiction in which the body or evidence is located, The iniividual sqoncy where the: body is discovered will have the Yenponcibility of making the original offense report.
