Training Oo DETAILS: WAYNE B. WILLIAMS, was indicted in July, 1981, for the murders of Nathaniel Cater and Jimmy Payne, and is scheduled to stand trial for these murders in the near future. Cater and Payne are two of 29 murdered or missing Negro boys or young men presently being carried on p list prepared by a special task force set up in Atlanta to investigate these murders.
