The Argentine political situation has been a great obstacle to the forwardi of information from the general Basque organization to the 8S, V. {Basque Organization). Though there ere Basque-Argentines in all sectors, the great majority have always been connected with the Racical Party. Y As a result of this disagreement between the present militery policy and the opinion of the Basques in Argentina it is evident thet the Basque Delegation has been limited in its re- lations with official circles. It follows es a consequence of this that the expected supplying of information has not reached the limit of normal possibilities. 2. The results of the Office of Economic Studies would have been improved if attention had been given to the various plans for interesting industrial enterprises which were submitted soon after collaboration began between the S.¥.
