The S.V. (Basque Organization) has never worked with a budget established beforehand, but has used the means which were placed within its reach. On the other hand, as may be seen from this statement, the work entrusted to the S.V. (Basque Organization) of Buenos Aires is still in the oreanization stage. It is difficult therefore to make a fortial budget, but the following data can be give about expenses: a 2. The most important and permanent are two thousand pesos towards general expenses of the Basque Delegation; fifteen nundred pesos for the office of Economic Studies; two thousand pesos for the section working with S.C. (Legal Attache); two thousand five hundred pesos for the Headquarters of 5.V. (Basque Organization). The amount assiged personally to the director is eight hundred pesos. 3.
