€@ cverat BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION oy 3/5/80 Date of transcription Henry Russell, Georgia State Senator, Boston Road, Boston, Georgia, was interviewed at the Georgia State Capitol at which time he was advised of ‘the identity of the interviewing Agent, the nature of the interview, and that dany information he furnished could be used in a Court of Law. Russell then voluntarily furnished the following information: He stated that to his personal knowledge, he knows of no discussions had with Libyan Officials concerning Lockheed's C-130 or any other aircraft per- _ taining to purchases or deliveries. He stated that Billy Carter did not discuss any matters of that nature with him during their Libyan trip in 1978 or anytime thereafter.
