CORNELL, ait FULLER following a defense motion that the Forsyth

On February 10, 1971, GEORGE DE WITT, RANDOLPH JENNINGS,
sRADEFORD LILLEY, and LARRY MEDLEY were arrested that date at
VJ2 Hilda Street, High Point, North Carolina, following a sheot out
with High Point Police. Police Officers were attempting to serve
