It is further reported that there is to be held at Washington, D. ©., at 1311 G Street, on Thanksgiving night a "National Conference of Child Misery, This conference is to be headed by Herbert Benjamin, Secretary of the field organization of the National Hunger March. It is alleged that some of the children will speak there. The police at Philedelphia have arrested a sixteen year old boy named Joseph Pacetti for soliciting funds for the children's hunger march. He was arrested Saturday evening last, held at the House of Correction but has been released and is said to be coming tu Vashington.
