The ribbon from Kim Philby's typewriter had been { used repeatedly and, although impressions were present, no a“ ' words or letter combinations could be developed. Nothing of _ value was found on Mrs.Philby's typewriter ribbon. ' RECOMMENDATION: That this memorandum be forwarded to Liaison in order that the attached ribbons and the results of the Laboratory examination can be furnished to the Central Intelligence Agency.
