DETAILS: This is case is predicated upon receipt of information from Assistant Editor, TOM KUNCL, National Enquirer Newspaper, Lantana, Florida, who telephonically contacted the Washington Field Office on January 27, 1977, and advised as follows: vember, 1976, reporters [ ____jend b6 interviewed CHARLES MANSON, and following b7C publication of the story bothL__—sdjand [___] received a Jetter from MANSON expressing displeasure concerning the article and demanding that a tape recording of the interview ___. be furnished to him.
