SC 9-515 advised that apparently MANSON had written or somehow communicated with station KABC in Los Angeles as several times during December 24, 1976, that station had broadcasted a message allegedly from MANSON to the effect that if he did not receive a copy of the taped National Enquirer interview, he was going to have th three officials of the National Enquirer killed.
