The murder counts pertained io the Aug. 9, 1969,

‘gail Folger, 26; men’s hair stylist Jay Sebring, 37;
Polish photographer Woyteck Frykowski, $2, and Ste-
uven Parent, 18, of El, Monte.
The sixth and: seventh counts in the Dec. 8, 1969,
grand jury’ indictment involved the killing of Gateway
Markets president’ Leno La Bianca, 44,.and his wife,
Rosemary, 38, the following night.
Miss .Van Houten was charged: and found. guilty
only on the La Bianca murders and the Conebiecy
